Lucy is definitely one of a kind. She has an innate ability to lead a team while giving space for exploration and collaboration. She has a gift for guiding performers through the rehearsal process that empowers them to reach new heights they never thought possible. As a collaborator she is creative and flexible while being able to ‘hold the process together’ in a way that you only realise post project. I would highly recommend her and look forward to collaborating with Lucy again and again in the future.
